WOMAN SELLS BABY FOR SEX

WOMAN SELLS BABY FOR SEX
@SirHeist_DSMC

HAMMOND, Ind. (Sun-Times Media Wire) - A Gary, Ind. woman admitted this week that she sold a baby eight times to a Gary man for sex and was in the room for all the meetings except for the last one.

Natisha Hillard, 25, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Hammond to one count of selling a child for sex and two counts of allowing a child to take part in child pornography, the Post-Tribune is reporting.

Hillard admitted under questioning by her attorney, Visvaldis Kupsis, that she met Christopher M. Bour through a dating service in 2011 and that they agreed to meet at her place. That was when Bour started asking her about two children she had access to, both girls, who were 4 months and 3 years old at the time.

The crimes lasted from September 2011 until February 2013, when an acquaintance of Bour alerted the FBI that he had been asking her to take part.

She agreed with statements by Assistant U.S. Attorney Jill Koster that she can be seen on images found on Bour's computer showing him sexually touching the child with Hillard in the background.

She also let Bour take sexual pictures of the older child at least once, Koster said.

Koster said that Hillard told law enforcement after she was arrested that she agreed to sell the children to Bour because she needed money and that Bour paid her extra for the last encounter to be alone with child.

Hillard said she didn't know if Bour then shared those images with other people.

"He didn't tell me what he was going to do with them," she said.

Hillard, who is being held without bond, faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 30 years to life in prison on the count of selling a child.

Bour, also being held without bond, has pleaded not guilty in the case.

Do you think food stamp applicants should be drug tested?
@SirHeist_DSMC

ATLANTA -
A state lawmaker is seeking to stop anyone who fails a drug test from getting food stamps.

Rep. Greg Morris (R-Vidalia) has drafted a bill that would require food stamp applicants to pass a drug test to receive aid.

Back in 2012, a law was passed by lawmakers and signed by Gov. Nathan Deal that require drug tests for welfare recipients, but it was never enacted after a federal court struck down a similar law in Florida.

What do you think? Should applicants have to take a drug test in order to receive food stamps? Post your thoughts on OUR FACEBBOOK PAGE

Facebook QUEEN of IRS TAX FRAUD, gets 21 Years in Prison! @SirHeist_DSMC

By Sir Heist on Jan 14, 2014 Email:SirHeist@SirHeist.com The self-proclaimed "queen of tax fraud" who brazenly taunted police on Facebook has been sentenced to 21 years in prison for tax fraud.

Rashia Wilson, a 27-year-old mother of three in Wimauma, Fla., may been have been a braggart, but she wasn't exactly lying. Wilson's sharp eye for the con saw her rise to the very top of a Tampa tax fraud boom in the late 2000s. Over just three years, she and her boyfriend defrauded the IRS of at least $3 million with bogus tax returns, funding a lavish lifestyle that included $10,000 on her youngest son's birthday party, a $90,000 car, and a necklace that spelled out her name in jewells.

Court affidavits showed how Wilson brazenly taunted authorities on Facebook even as they were zeroing in on her operations. In one, decked out with that necklace and flashing wads of cash, she bragged:

I’m Rashia, the QUEEN OF IRS TAX FRAUD. I’m a millionaire for the record, so if U think indicting me will B easy it won’t, I promise you! U need more than black and white to hold me down N that’s to da rat who went N told, as if 1st lady don’t have da TPD under her spell. I run Tampa right now.

After Wilson pleaded guilty to identity theft and wire fraud on July 16, her legal team urged leniency, saying her rough childhood as the daughter of a crack addict left her with bipolar disorder. U.S. District Judge James. S. Moody Jr. wasn't having it. After ordering Wilson to spend the next two decades of her life in prison, he forbade her from hugging her children. She broke down in tears.

"She knew what she was doing was wrong. She reveled in the fact that it was wrong,' Moody said.

16-Year-Old Who Was Whipped On Camera By Uncle For Facebook Gang Activity Murdered In N.O.
@SirHeist_DSMC

NEW ORLEANS -- A Terrytown teen made Internet headlines when he was disciplined by his uncle for claiming to be a gangster.

The Teen, who was identified as 16-year-old Michael Taylor, was shot to death outside of his home.

Taylor's family said he wasn't in a gang, but acknowledged that he glorified that lifestyle, which may have led to his death.

In the video, you can hear Lamoine Ward, Taylor's uncle, yelling, "This is my (expletive) nephew right here. He ain't no gang member. We don't come from that (expletive). You tell 'em all that (expletive) -- all that's fake. ... Well this (expletive) whooping ain't going to be fake." After the uncle whips his nephew he exclaims, "Get that on Facebook!"

It's been about a year since the video went viral. Ward said it wasn't his intention for the video to get so much attention. He said he simply wanted to set the record straight after he caught his nephew boasting about being in a gang on Facebook.

"Because I was not only going on his walls, I was searching his friend's walls -- I also was frightened about what could happen to my family," he said.

However, Ward never imagined that his nephew would be shot to death near his Terrytown apartment last week.

"I was led by the right spirit when I did it, but now the enemy is twisting it in my head like I did something wrong," Ward said. "Like, maybe I drew some extra attention to make him feel he like he needed to prove to these people he's not soft."

After the video surfaced, Taylor was picked on and ridiculed at school, his mother Kimberly Ward said.

Kimberly said her son was a good kid, but one who may have been desperately trying to fit in.

"I'm hurt. I'm not angry. But I'm hurt. I'm hurt, my boy was my world," Taylor's mom said.

Lamoine said the video was created out of tough love to try to save his nephew from the violent street life.

Lamoine said he doesn't regret posting the video to Facebook, but he does have other regrets.

"I regret maybe not being a part of his life a little bit more after the video," he said.

Taylor's mom doesn't blame Lamoine for his actions. She said she believes her son was already a victim of the culture that glorifies gang life and violence.

"I'm hurt, but at the same time I'm blessed," she said. "If my child's death could save another child's life and another mother don't have to go through what I feel, I feel alright then."

Taylor's family said parents should check their children's Facebook pages and be active in their lives. Most of all, Kimberly said, "Don't be a friend, be a parent."

Taylor's killing is under investigation.

The TRAGIC Story of LaVena Johnson?
RAPE & MURDER COVERED UP in the US Military

LaVena Johnson was a soldier who enlisted in the Army in 2003. She was the first woman from Missouri to die in Iraq. What happened to this young black woman was appalling. She was found in her tent with a gunshot wound to the head, a broken nose, black eye, loose teeth, acid burns on her genitals, and a trail of blood leading away from her tent. What’s even more appalling is the Department of Defense has officially ruled her death a suicide.

The autopsy report and photographs revealed that her death was inconsistent with a suicide, and looked consistent with a rape-murder, but as far as the U.S. Criminal Investigative Command for the Army is concerned the case remains closed. Her father became suspicious when he saw her body in the funeral home and decided to investigate. At first the Department of the Army refused to release information, but eventually it did under the Freedom of Information Act after Pat Tillman’s death. In 2010, a documentary about her family’s struggle to uncover the truth about her death called LaVena Johnson: The Silent Truth was released. Here’s a clip below:

'Fresh Prince' Actor James "UNCLE PHIL" Avery Dead At 68...R.I.P from #SirHeist and the @SirHeist_DSMC Family

James Avery, the actor who played the Honorable Philip Banks — also known as Uncle Phil — on the TV show The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, has died.

Avery died on Tuesday in Glendale, Calif., following complications from open heart surgery, publicist Cynthia Snyder told NPR. Avery was 68.

Known for his booming voice and imposing size, Avery played the judge and attorney who was the patriarch of the wealthy Banks family. Will Smith's character on the NBC sitcom was sent to live with the Banks family after his "mom got scared" about some trouble in the neighborhood. The show ran from 1990 to 1996 and launched Smith's acting career.

Actor Alfonso Ribeiro, who played Carlton Banks, the son of Avery's character on the show, reacted on Twitter to the news of his former co-star's death:

After the show ended, Avery continued to have a busy and diverse career in TV and film as well as voice work. His TV credits include That '70s Show, NYPD Blue, Star Trek: Enterprise and Grey's Anatomy.

Avery will be seen in Zach Braff's Wish I Was Here, set to premiere at the Sundance Film Festival this month.

Avery was born in Virginia but raised in Atlantic City, N.J. He joined the U.S. Navy after high school and served in Vietnam in 1968 to 1969. Upon returning, he studied drama and literature at the University of California San Diego.

He is survived by his wife, mother and stepson.
