Jeffrey Browning videotaped, posted rape of girl, 15, deputies say Arrest report says video was posted to Facebook

BELLE GLADE, Fla. —A Belle Glade man is accused of sexual battery on a teen girl, and according to his arrest report, he videotaped the assault and it ended up on Facebook.
Jeffrey Browning, 24, was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail after the teen told investigators Monday that he raped her in December.
The teen took a bus from West Palm Beach to Belle Glade, but had no ride back. Browning had called her and offered to pick her up, but instead of taking her home, he took her to a house in Pahokee that he said was his aunt's, the arrest affidavit said.
Once inside the home, Browning pulled the girl into a bedroom, turned off the lights, then asked her, "You going to make me slap you or choke you?"
The teen told investigators that after removing his own pants, he took hers off despite her multiple objections. She said Browning threatened to choke her if she didn't give him oral sex, so she complied out of fear, according to the report, which also stated that as she was doing that, Browning used his cellphone to videotape the encounter.
The report also said that Browning slapped her and choked her, then had sexual intercourse with her.
The teen told investigators that when he was done with the assault, he told her she was free to leave.
The girl also said she didn't tell her grandmother until her cousin saw the video on Facebook.
In a recorded phone call set up by investigators, "Browning admitted to having sexual intercourse with (the girl) and videotaping it."
